In order to improve student life, we have to enhance the importance of the whole University working together as one. To facilitate communication, here are some contacts to might be very useful and their doors will always be open for Master Students:
- MCO (Master Coordination Office): the MCO is the leading support service to masters students. It runs all aspects of students life until they obtain their degree, including the procedures for registration and enrollment, the organization of the Work Project, the timetabling and examinations, issuance of any document or certificate. Students should allways contact the MCO to clarify any doubts regarding their master's program (the office is located in the 1st floor near the entrance). VERY IMPORTANT: please be kind to visit us during office hours (from 11:30a.m. until 5:30p.m., they are closed for lunch from 1p.m. until 2p.m.)
- CMO (Career Management Office): at the CMO you will be able to get all the information and support you will need to start (or continue) your professional life. A wide range of services and activities are offered such as posting of internships and job offers, career counseling, free booklets on "Cv & Cover Letter tips", "how to get ready for an interview" among others or on-campus presentations and workshops with companies (dates will be regularly updated on the Calendar tab). Some features must be highlighted, the Mentorship program - MYTA, which gives the opportunity for each student to have a "mentor" (alumnus at Nova) that shares his/her past experience, the Simplicity, an integrated online platform that allows students and recruiters to interact with CMO quickly and effectively, the Business Forum (career fair) and the Summer Internship Program (their offices are located in the 1st floor at the end of the corridor - Room 151).
- Communication Office: the Communication Office handles everything regarding Nova's Economics and Business School's image. They are also in charge of contact with Nova's alumni (their offices are located on the 3rd floor)
- AEFEUNL (Students Union for the Undergraduate): besides their work for the undergraduates, the student union also organizes events that may also be of interest of Masters Students. They are also in charge of the NTV (tv screens on the corridors with information about Nova's activities). Their offices are located on floor 0 near the lower front entrance.
