Food Club Event!

Sushi Workshop by Chef Rita - November 5th

The Food Club is preparing its first Cooking Workshop!

Our Masters colleague, Rita Féria, will teach us how to make delicious and tasty Sushi!!

The event will take place on November 5th (Friday), 18H, at Irene's Restaurant (on-campus).

Besides learning how to actually make the Sushi, we will also be preparing our dinner for that night.

The Workshop will cost €15 per person and we will provide all the necessary ingredients/material to make the Sushi (e.g. rice, fish, fruit, philadelphia cream cheese, lettuce, cucumber, etc.) - you just need to bring a good knife.

"Create Your Own Sushi" Contest: After Rita has teached us the technique, we will have a contest to see who creates the best and most original sushi. For this, you will need to bring 1 or 2 extra ingredients you think would help you win the challenge!
